Margy provides psychotherapy for children, families and individuals as well as consultation services for schools.
In her individual, child and family work, Margy uses sensory processing, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Exposure Therapy as primary interventions. She also uses expressive therapies with her clients as indicated. She is also able to make referrals to physicians and other professionals as needed, utilizing her decades of knowledge of local providers.
As a former Kalamazoo Public Schools teacher with over a decade in the classroom, Margy is a valuable school consultant. Drawing on her classroom experience and her training as OT, Margy helps schools integrate sensory processing into their students' day.
